Placing Wholesale Orders Online

Your web login has already been successfully linked to your business account and you have been confirmed as a wholesale customer. You currently see wholesale prices and minimum quantities.

If you place items in your cart at retail prices before you log in, don’t worry about it. When you log in these items will be transferred into your user cart using the wholesale prices.

You are not currently logged in. If you already have an account please use the “log in” link at the top of the page to log in and you will be returned to this page to see your current wholesale status.

Creating a Web Login

  1. Register

    If you don’t yet have a web login, use the “Register” link at the top of the page to choose your username and provide an email address that will be used to send you a verification email. This is the same thing retail customers do and it’s very quick and easy.

  2. Log In

    If you just created a web login you will receive an automated email with your temporary password which you can use to log in now.

Now that you have a web login, setting yourself up to make wholesale orders online is really easy.

  1. Let us Know About Your Business

    If you have never made a wholesale order of any kind with Laughing Elephant before, we need to get you into our system. We may be able to set you up with terms as well. Call 1-800-354-0400 and we can set you up quickly and easily. If you have your first order ready, we can process it at the same time.

    If you have made wholesale purchases with us in the past, we already have your business information, so there’s no need to call.

  2. Link your Web Login to your Business

    While logged in, fill out this simple form providing us with your business name so that we can link your web account with your business account. You’ll get one email immediately after submitting the form and another after we’ve made linked the two accounts. At that point as long as you are logged in you will see wholesale prices and wholesale minimum quantities for all of our products.

    This should be the business name you use when doing business with Laughing Elephant.

    Just in case we can’t determine which of our customers you are using only your business name, please provide the business phone number you have on file with us. If we still can’t find you, we’ll give you a call at this number to help get it all set up.
