Father and Son Crafts
This is a favorite from a series put out in the early 1950's called Teacher's Pictures. Which is a portfolio of 100 or so images, suitable and/or designed for hanging on the wall.
In this era, (1950's and '60's) It was popular for text book companies to sell these type of teaching pictures portfolios, presumably for the decoration of a classroom, that would be pleasing for the students to look at & teach them by example healthy ways to live outside school and presumably tie in to the learning contained in the texts.
We are avid collectors of these portfolio's, as not only is the quality of illustration and printing often high, but we love the story in a picture element they were designed to provide.
