Amongst the Trees - Women Greeting Card
BLANK INSIDE
We love the play of shadow and light captured in this Pierre Brissaud image! Depicting a woman happily swinging on a wooden swing, it adorned the August 1924 cover of La Vie Parisienne magazine. Its beautiful simplicity on a blank greeting card makes it ideal for many card-sending occasions. See our entire Francophile Collection!

He was born in Paris and received artistic training at the École des Beaux-Arts and the Atelier Fernand Cormon in Montmartre. Renowned for his pochoir (stencil) prints in the fashion magazine Gazette du Bon Ton, he captured realistic leisure scenes of the well-to-do, often showcasing designs from Parisian fashion houses like Jeanne Lanvin and Chéruit.
