A set of greeting cards resulting from the classic pairing of magic and meat paste(?)! We've recreated a charming collection of six cards featuring popular magic tricks, complete with diagrams illustrating how the tricks are performed. The story behind these unique cards traces back to Justus von Liebig, a renowned German chemist who developed a method for producing meat extract in paste form. In 1850, an English firm inspired by his invention founded the Liebig’s Extract of Meat Company. Around the same time, the company began issuing chromolithograph trade cards, quickly gaining widespread popularity. By 1975, they had released over 11,000 cards covering various topics, each typically containing 6-12 cards centered around a specific theme. See our entire Magical Collection!
