Children Bobbing for Apples - Halloween Art Print

Would you believe that this charming apple-bobbing scene originated from a butter advertisement? Back in the 1920s, the Gridley Dairy Company of Wisconsin provided a card with every pound of butter purchased, along with a Butterkid Album filled with rhymes and poems for collecting these cards. This delightful image captures a slice of nostalgia when even butter packaging held the promise of fun and whimsy.
