Patricia "Patsy" Peacock-Evans (1945-2023) was an American-born, Canadian-based self-taught artist and cherished family member to the Laughing Elephant founders. Exceptionally skilled in watercolor, she also excelled in graphite and ink. Recognizing a gap in our catalog of greeting cards for Jewish holidays and occasions, we commissioned her to paint a line for us. With her talent for capturing detailed still-life scenes, especially those featuring food, we knew her work would be perfect for our collection. And indeed, it was!
This product was custom designed and created at our location in Seattle.
