Flora White (1878–1953) was a distinguished British artist renowned for her enchanting illustrations that captured the wonder of childhood. Specializing in nursery rhyme and fairy tale imagery, her prolific output as a postcard creator brought whimsical scenes to life with her distinctive kewpie doll-esque depictions of children. Her illustrations, characterized by their sweet, delicate, and magical essence, adorned numerous postcards and illustrated books of her era. Among her notable works is The Peter Pan ABC Book, published in 1916, where she beautifully illustrated an educational interpretation of J.M. Barrie's beloved tale. Her art continues to evoke nostalgia and enchantment.
