Charles Martin (1884–1934) made these illustrations in 1927 for a book entitled Monseigneur le Vin. He was a prolific designer and illustrator, producing more than 20 books. His style here is a most sophisticated version of the cartoon, and captures wine connoisseurship with humor and truth.
Our prints are created by a process called, Giclee(a French word for spray'). The inks used in this process have a much higher resistance to fading than lithographic printing inks, which makes this kind of printing particularly suitable for prints being used in wall decor.

Our prints are made at our location in Seattle, WA. They have a thick, white backing board and are sealed in clear bags. Each is suitable for framing or can be used as is for wall display.. .
